The seller certify's the the above named dog has been checked by a practicing vet and is in good health.

This puppy is sold on a limited AKC registration and must be spayed or neutered, not because the puppy is inferior in any way, but because the breeder does not want indiscriminate and poor breeding of her Golden Retriever puppies.  Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the pup between eight and 12 months of age, the puppy thereafter being ineligible for the breed ring.  Only the breeder can reverse or change in any way the limited registration to full registration.

In the event that a ANGELS OF GOLD dog is suspected of having a hereditary defect, this is the procedure to follow:

1.  Notify us by telephone or letter.

2.  Submit hip x-rays to OFA (we do NOT honor or support Penn Hip readings-AKC only recognizes the OFA registry)  We also require that you send us a copy of the x-ray, or send us a copy of the ophthalmologist eye exam, or other test results and reputable veterinarians statement that this was a hereditary problem.

 TO BE COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY:

1.  The dog must have the AOG prefix of his/her AKC registered name.

2.  The dog must be owned by the original buyer as stated on the Contract and not changed owners.

3.  The dog must not have whelped or sired a litter.

4.  The dog must be under 26 months of age.

5.  The dog must be current on all vaccinations & check ups, must not have been in any way mistreated or neglected.

If you decide to keep the dog, we require a Veterinarian's written proof of neutering or spaying.   Following this procedure, you are entitled to another ANGELS OF GOLD puppy at one-half the current purchase price of a different litter depending on litter price and purchase price of your pup.  Seller does NOT pay veterinary fees, or any other associated costs such as shipping, OFA fees, etc.
